1. You will receive an email INSTANTLY after payment is processed with a link to your download. If you do not receive an email immediately, please check your spam/junk folder before emailing for help.
2. This is a DIGITAL product. No physical product will be mailed to you. These pages are DIGITAL PDF downloads that you will print yourself or save to a flash drive and take to a copy shop for printing.
3. Paper size is US letter 8.5” x 11”. Regular printer paper can be used, but I highly recommend 32lb. printer paper (affiliate link) for the best printing experience.  
4. After you download the file(s), they are yours to keep. You may save the file(s) to your computer and print on your home printer (or via a copy shop) as many times as you would like. If you are having trouble with the download, please make sure your PDF software is up to date.  The number one reason people have trouble with opening their file is due to outdated software.  PDF software can be updated to the latest version for free by checking the company’s website.  Popular PDF software is Adobe Reader and Nitro PDF.
5. These files are copyrighted and may not be shared with friends, family, or any other person. They are not to be used or sold commercially. They are intended for personal use only.

Most digital products offered in my shop are NON-customizable, meaning you cannot type into the spaces on the printable.  Due to the incredible amount of time it takes to make products customizable, I am not able to offer all printables in this format.  However, I do offer a number of products that ARE customizable.  Please pay attention to the product description for full details as to whether the product is or is not customizable.
