What if I don’t have a printer?

If you don’t have a printer, you can contact your local copy shop. Many copy shops (such as Office Max or Office Depot) have the ability for you to upload your file to their website. You can then pick up your printables from your local store. I recommend that you approve a proof of at least one page before printing your entire order as the colors can be adjusted if they do not initially print as desired.

I did not receive the email with the downloadable link.

Please check your spam or junk folder. The majority of the time if an email is not received it is because it was accidentally sent to the spam folder by your email server.

I don’t see any editable fields. How can I edit? (only applicable if you purchased the editable version)

You must have the most up to date version of your PDF software. I recommend Nitro Reader. You may also use Adobe Reader, but be aware that your PDF may look slightly different. Older versions of PDF software will not allow you to edit or save, so please make sure you have the most up to date version before emailing for help.

I downloaded the files, but I can’t find them. Can you email them to me?

Please check your “download” folder. If you cannot find the files, go to your computer’s search, and enter the name of the printable you purchased.

I changed my mind, can I get a refund?

Sorry, but I cannot offer refunds as you will receive the digital file(s) immediately upon purchase. If you have problems getting the file to work, please email me for help at ginny {at} organizinghomlife {dot} com.

Can you print the files and mail them to me?

No, I am not able to mail printables. If you do not have a printer, please contact your local copy shop for assistance in printing your file(s).

My font looks different than the one in the sample on your website. How can I get it to look the same?

Included in your digital zip file, you will find the the Google font, Didact Gothic. That is the font I use most regularly. Occasionally, if I use a font that I cannot redistribute via email, I will leave a link to the website where you can download the font in the product description of the printable in my shop. Font installation is not necessary, but please be aware that if your computer does not have the same font installed, your printable may not appear exactly as pictured in these examples. Your computer will choose a similar font.

Can you make a personalized printable for me?

Please email me at ginny {at} organizinghomelife {dot} com to request your personalized printable. Please be aware that there is an upcharge for customization. Upcharges depend on the level of personalization as well as the number of personalized printables requested. Please email me your request, and I will respond with the details of the charges. If the price is acceptable to you, I will send you an invoice. Please do not purchase the printable from my shop before requesting personalization.
