Cranberry Chicken – Slow Cooked |

Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries
- 1 1/2 cups chopped onions
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 6 cups cooked, diced chicken
- 2 cups orange juice
- 2 teaspoons grated orange peel
- 6 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
- 6 tablespoons flour
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- Hot, cooked noodles
Instructions
- In a slow cooker, combine first five ingredients; top with chicken. Pour orange juice over chicken and sprinkle with orange peel. Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours or until meat juices run clear. Combine butter and flower until smooth; add to slow cooker. Cook on high until thickened, about 20 minutes. Stir in brown sugar; heat through. Serve over noodles.
