This is one of my family’s most requested dinners – and super easy, too!
Ingredients
- 3 whole chicken breasts, or 6 halves cooked and cut into chunks
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 stick margarine
- 8 ounce bag seasoned stuffing mix, Pepperidge Farm (blue bag)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°. Mix together chicken soup, sour cream and chunks of chicken. Spread in bottom of 9×13 in. pan. Top with stuffing. Pour broth over stuffing. Slice margarine and place all over top. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until bubbly on sides of pan. May freeze or refrigerate for future cooking.
