Welcome to Day 14 of our series on building your Home Management Binder.
This week we are working on building the “Contact List” section of our binders.
Today’s printable is a place to keep track of your child’s school, teacher, coaches, bus and other information. There are spaces for websites, email addresses, phone numbers, ID numbers, etc.
There is so much information to keep track of for kids’ school contacts that I’m making this into a three day mini-series. Tomorrow’s printable will have a place for school lunch information as well a place to keep track of some school policies. The third day of the ‘school’ mini series will include a class schedule and more spaces for teacher contacts.

Tips for downloading successfully:
You must have a PDF reader installed in order to view these printables. If you haven’t already, please visit adobe.com and download their latest version of acrobat reader. It’s totally free.
Printables are viewed the best in Google Chrome, Safari, or Firefox internet browsers. Internet Explorer seems to have trouble with printables.
Feel free to click through to all of the 31 Days below, or you can purchase the entire set in one downloadable file here.

Hello, Ginny! I am Nan and I am a fellow pastor’s wife. I am loving your free printables (thank you for sharing them). However, I have a question.
Do you have a printable tutorial? I have just learned how to make a printable and have been practicing. However, when I tried to print mine out in google docs it printed with a header and footer. I am interested how you print yours. I am not technical and really have no idea what I’m doing so I don’t know how to do anything different than what I’m already doing.
I remembered that yours prints so pretty without all that extra information and wondered if you have shared, or wouldn’t mind sharing, how you did that? I have a blog post I’d like to do with a printable I’d like to share in case anyone wants it, but I’d really rather not print it with all that extra ugly document file stuff on it “cluttering ” it up, lol! Thank you for any help that you could give!

Thank you so much for your printables. I have Adult ADD and my teenage junior daughter has ADD as well. It’s just the two of us and we have the hardest time staying on track, being organized and having a routine. I downloaded most of the printables you have for the month of October. Question…for the School Info form, since my daughter is in high school, I’m looking for a form with teacher info only…and periods. Example…my daughter’s school goes on schedule A, B and ABC days. A days are Mon & Wed periods 1, 3, 5 & 7. B days are Tues & Thurs periods 2, 4, 5 & 6. Fridays are ABC and all periods. Everyone refers to the days as A, B, or C days (not days of the weeks) and the classes as Period 1, 2, 3….and so on…as opposed to Psych, Gifted, AP Eng, World Hist…etc. I’m always asking my daughter to elaborate. Probably WAY more info than you needed but I’m looking for something that would help me keep track of the schedule, classes, times, days and teacher contact info. *whew* Thanks in advance for any recommendation you have? I’m a new fan.
