Welcome to Day 11 of our series on building your Home Management Binder.
This week we are working on building the “Contact List” section of our binders.
Today’s printable is a Medical & Health Insurance form. This is a great place to keep all of your contact information for doctors, dentists, insurance information, after hours clinics, etc. It’s also a great contact sheet for a babysitter (or hubby 😉 ) in case of an emergency.

Do you have more than one of these printed? I am just curious with our large family and several specialists I may have to print off several? Or do you have one coming for that? Or do you print one for each family member?

Im just today playing “catch-up” on your binder printables today & thought I’d let you know (in case you arent already aware) that the headings for The Neighbors, Family, & Contacts lists are all very garbled & arent printing correctly. It looks like there are several layers of type there.
Im looking forward to the rest of your series! This is all great stuff to have on hand at all times. Im super guilty of keeping this sort of stuff in my mind & in my “places” but who knows what tomorrow brings.
Thanks for sharing this great organizer!

Thank you for the medical & health contact list. I especially like how you put the little box on the upper right-hand corner to make it easier to see which list you’re looking for. That’s very handy. That’s even a good idea for any list or printable really (I think.) I appreciate your hard work!

Hi! I just recently discovered your blog and I love this series you are doing. My family and I just relocated to Ireland as missionaries. This is perfect timing for these various sheets as we get adjusted to a new home life and new bits of information in this country (such as medical, contact numbers for friends, etc…). Thank you so much! I am finding this series a great blessing and help!

Hi,
I really enjoy your printables. I was wondering what you used for a program to make them, I would really like to make some customized ones for my personal files. Thank you!
Ginny says
Hi Ashley, I have used many different programs, but these were created mostly with Microsoft Publisher and some with Excel. I hope that helps. 🙂
