Today’s printable is my Monthly Bill Pay Schedule. Have you ever forgotten to pay a bill on time? I have, which is exactly why I came up with a schedule that listed ALL of my bills for the year and when they were due.
I keep my schedule in the front of my bill organizer. As I go through the month, I check off the box when the bills are paid.
How to use this schedule:
1. Print out a copy and fill in ALL of your bills for the year. If you need two sheets (hopefully not! 🙂 ), print them out.
2. Start by listing your bills by the day of the month that they are due. For example, our mortgage payment is due on the first of the month, our cable is due on the ninth, etc.
3. In this example, I listed the bills that are due quarterly and annually at the bottom of the page. You could do it that way, or just mix them in to the list according to their due dates.
4. Cross off months that the bills do not need to be paid. For example, for some reason our auto insurance is on a ten month bill schedule. Therefore, we don’t have to pay that bill in July or August. So at the beginning of the year, I cross out those two months. Additionally, I don’t have to pay school tuition or ballet lessons during the summer, so I cross out those months. Some bills only come quarterly or annually, so cross out the months that you don’t need to pay them.
5. Each month as you pay your bills, go down the “month” column and check off the boxes. If you pay bills once or twice a month, simply check off all the bills you paid at a time.
Now you’ll never miss a bill or forget those bills that only pop up quarterly or annually!

Sandy, I’m sorry it’s not working for you. There are a few things you could try. First, make sure you are not using Internet Explorer for your web browser. Google Chrome, Safari, and Firefox seem to work the best with downloadable printables. Also, make sure you have the most up to date version of your pdf reader. Let me know if you still have trouble. 🙂

Ginny…..my sister and I just found you and of course…now we love you! I printed this out and I realized how horrible my handwriting is. I’m praying you can tell me there is a way to fill in my bills on my computer instead of writing them by hand. Please help!!! Thanks!

If something was dropped into the fresh air intake for the A/C the it can make some noise because it causes the blower motor to become unbalanced. Leaves are also another item that can cause the blower to be noisy.Most blower motors are easy to remove and clean. If it isn’t dirty then plug it back in and hold it in your hand and see if it’s still noisy. If not then make sure the housing is clean and reinstall it.Good Luck.
I know exactly what you mean Terri. When you have something really amazingly good, and you know that you’re probably not going to have it again for a long time or ever again, you try to hang on to the memory of it and your brain will automatically use it as a benchmark against other similar dishes.Amazing how food can trigger so many emotions and memories. I’ve always liked that aspect to food.

Oh my goodness I just had to say thank you so much. I am a first time mom and my son is going to be 3 in May and my boyfriend and I of 4 years decided it was time to stop playing house and make me his wife 🙂 So I am really trying to get on track of everything it is going to take to really start being our own family and functioning house hold without mom and dads help.
